The juicy pleasure prepared by Mykos in Bengaluru is an ode to taste and artistry! Judging this dish involves imagining golden cubes of paneer, stuffed with everything rich and gooey that includes some olives and cheese, grilled together with some crispy capsicum. But most importantly? The presentation! Wicked swirls of bright mint chutney paint a base of green, while little heaps of vibrant pickled red onion come to brighten it all up. It is an eye candy and a riot-chatter on the palate! For any foodie and art lover, this is heaven on a plate. 🧀🌿🍢
